On March 28th, Zhongyuan Group and Shenghong Group Jiangsu Guowang High tech Fiber Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guowang High tech") signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement on recycled polyester chips in Yizheng.
